P/T HR Administrator (Funded Training Opportunity included if desired)
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time HR Administrator, with a funded training scheme option if desired. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kick-start your HR career within a global market research company serving pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
Role Overview: You will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and training. The position involves varied generalist tasks and requires a proactive, organized individual eager to learn and grow within our supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee lifecycle processes, including documentation, benefit enrollments, and exit interviews.
* Maintain and update personnel records in both electronic and physical formats.
* Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, such as long service awards.
* Support training administration and maintain training records.
* Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews.
* Prepare contractual and HR correspondence.
* Support payroll preparations and handle initial HR inquiries.
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Additional Details: Part-time, hybrid working (minimum 2 days in-office), 20-25 hours/week, flexible over 3-5 days. Opportunity to participate in a funded CIPD Level 3+ apprenticeship scheme. Salary pro-rata: £13,000-£16,000 p.a.
