Your new company
We are currently recruiting a Labourer for a permanent position working across two new build housing sites. This role would suit a reliable, hard-working individual who is happy to travel between sites and is looking for long-term, stable employment within the construction industry.
* Hourly rate: £13.45 per hour
* Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
* Contract: Permanent
* Holidays: 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Saturday work: Available and overtime rate
Your new role
* General labouring duties on new build residential housing sites
* Assisting trades including bricklayers, joiners, plumbers, electricians, and site managers
* Loading out and moving materials around site
* Ensuring plots, walkways, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and tidy
* Assisting with deliveries and unloading materials
* Adhering to all health & safety regulations on site
* Travelling between two sites as required to support site operations
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience as a site labourer (new build housing experience preferred)
* Valid CSCS card
* Full UK driving licence and ability to drive between sites
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
