Stem Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to work for a life science company based in Glasgow. The role will include being responsible for thedaily operations of the Quality Assurance team, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and coordination for the site-specific activities of the Quality Assurance function.
Support the development, implementation, and continual improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
Coordinate and manage the sites internal audit program to ensure adherence to the audit schedule and facilitate external audit readiness.
Requirements
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
Strong familiarity with quality inspection processes, sampling methodologies, and relevant test and measurement equipment.
Demonstrated experience in a QA supervisory or team leadership role.
