Duties
1. Handle inbound calls and enquiries from customers interested in solar PV systems
2. Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend suitable solar solutions
3. Explain system benefits, costs, savings, and installation processes clearly and confidently
4. Convert qualified inbound leads into completed sales
5. Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
6. Work closely with design, survey, and installation teams to ensure smooth customer handover
7. Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey
8. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Skills
9. Minimum 1 year of experience in solar sales
10. Strong phone-based sales and objection-handling skills
11. Confident communicator with a professional and consultative approach
12. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
13. Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
