Minimum Requirements
Required Skills
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
* Proficiency in PHPMySQL,, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
* Solid experience with custom plugin and theme development .
* Demonstrated experience integrating WordPress with ERP systems .
* Familiarity with development tools like Git, Docker, and WP-CLI.
* Knowledge of website performance optimization and security best practices.
* Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Education/Experience
* WordPress Development: 3 years (Required)
Additional Requirements
* Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
* Build backend functionality using PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs.
* Integrate WordPress with NetSuite ERP system.
* Ensure website security, scalability, and performance.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and apply coding best practices.
* Configure and maintain web servers.
* Manage version control and deployments using Git and CI/CD tools.
