Job Title: Quality Support Manager
Location: Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Devon, Warwickshire (frequent travel required - Hybrid)
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Reports to: Head of Quality
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Support Manager to ensure high standards of care and compliance across multiple care services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory standards, supporting care quality, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., CQC)
* Review and develop care plans, risk assessments, and policies to uphold best practices
* Lead and manage audits, medication management, incident reporting, and complaints handling
* Support and deliver staff training and development initiatives
* Work collaboratively with Registered Managers to support service quality
* Travel regularly across sites within the designated regions
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in quality management within the care sector
* Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and care standards
* Ability to lead audits and manage quality improvement programs
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Willingness and ability to travel frequently between multiple sites
