Hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Tru Talent are excited to be working with a well-established and reputable local building contractor who is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join their team for a new and exciting project on a site in Eastleigh.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic construction environment while contributing to a high-quality project. The role will involve assisting with general site duties, ensuring a safe and tidy workspace, and supporting tradespeople where required.
Requirements for the Labourer Role:
* Previous general labouring or groundwork experience is essential.
* High-visibility jacket and hard hat (both will be provided on-site).
* Steel-capped boots (required).
* Ability to follow instructions accurately on a day-to-day basis.
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
* A valid driver's license and reliable transport are required to access the site.
