Our client, a highly respected international law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead their people strategy across the UK and wider EMEA region. Key Responsibilities
As Senior HR Manager, you will:
* Act as a trusted adviser to partners and senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
* Develop and deliver the HR strategy across the UK and EMEA.
* Provide expert HR and employment practice guidance for teams in Germany and Poland.
* Lead on employee relations, organisational design, and workforce planning.
* Oversee the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including performance management, L&D, and succession planning.
* Drive cultural, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives across regional offices.
* Partner closely with Reward, Recruitment, and L&D teams.
* Mentor and guide junior HR colleagues to support a high-performing function.
