Contract Site Manager \n\nConnect Grp UK Ltd is helping our client, a reputable multi disciplined company based in Central London, in the search for a talented Site Manager. This ongoing position offers a competitive day rate of £350-£400 and is ideal for an individual with significant experience working as a Site Manager within a Main Contractor environment. If you are driven, detail-oriented, and ready to lead projects, we would like to hear from you.\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager, particularly with a Main Contractor background.\n\t\nStrong knowledge of cut & carve processes and site management practices.\n\t\nExcellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage on-site teams.\n\t\nAbility to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.\n\t\nRelevant certifications and qualifications in construction management or related fields.\n\t\nSMSTS, 1st aid and CSCS card\n\t\nFrom a trade back ground with a minimum 10-15 years experience\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOversee all on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to budget.\n\t\nCoordinate and supervise the construction activities, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.\n\t\nManage site staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure the team's productivity and motivation.\n\t\nImplement health and safety measures to create a safe working environment for all personnel.\n\t\nReport on project progress, addressing any issues or potential delays in a timely manner.\n\t\nOverseeing the construction of a new roof along with replacing the existing roof on grade 2 listed building.\n\t\nGood knowledge of external brickwork \n\nThis role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Site Manager eager to advance their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.
