In the role you will lead and support on a variety of HR disciplines including recruitment, training, employee wellbeing and absences, alongside providing key HR support across the organisation. Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers and HR personnel. Training, learning and development programmes including gather feedback, data and insights from staff and managers to evaluate and improve our training offer. Support the absence tracking process, reporting and return-to-work processes. Oversee and coordinate family-friendly leave, including maternity, paternity and parental leave. Lead on the delivery and promotion of wellbeing initiatives and support offers for staff. Conduct pre-employment checks and ensure full compliance with Safer Recruitment guidelines. Assist in developing HR metrics that support welfare and engagement. Support HR projects from concept through to execution. Act as a minute taker and maintain accurate administrative records. What We’re Looking For Prior HR or admin experience is desirable. Passion for staff wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
