HR Administrator - Part Time - Poole / Hybrid - Up to £27,000 Pro Rata

What you'll be doing:
You'll support all aspects of HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, absence tracking, and employee records. You'll also assist the HR Advisor and provide meeting support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain HR systems (starters, leavers, data changes)
* Support onboarding and inductions
* Track absences and probation reviews
* Prepare contracts and personnel files
* Provide data and reporting
* Take notes in meetings (e.g. disciplinaries)
What we're looking for:
* Strong admin and Excel skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* HR experience desirable but not essential
* Organised, discreet, and professional
* Driving licence preferred
