Join us in leading and developing the quality function across all manufacturing operations. You will ensure that our products, processes, and projects not only meet but exceed internal standards and customer expectations. This role is pivotal in fostering a proactive quality culture, driving continuous improvement, and aligning our quality strategy with overarching business goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Define and implement a compelling quality vision and strategy aligned with operational goals and customer expectations; represent the quality function in senior leadership forums and cross-functional initiatives.
5. Oversee the development and maintenance of ISO-compliant QMS across all manufacturing sites; ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance through internal, external, and supplier audits.
6. Embed quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle; lead FMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis; collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve issues and improve yield.
7. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies; lead cross-functional workshops and data-driven projects to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and enhance efficiency.
8. Mentor and lead Quality Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors; foster a culture of accountability and learning; implement training programs to build expertise in quality tools and behaviors.
9. Define and track KPIs such as PPM, COPQ, audit results, and customer complaints; report performance to executive leadership and initiate corrective actions as needed.
What You Bring
10. Proven track record in leading quality functions within manufacturing environments, with a strategic focus on operational excellence and compliance.
11. Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D problem-solving, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive robust quality systems and continuous improvement.
12. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation and build strong cross-functional relationships.
13. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and driving cultural change to embed quality ownership and enhance organisational performance.
