Position: Vehicle Sales Executive
Hours of work: Covering showroom opening hours on a five-day working pattern, with every other weekend worked and a permanent weekday off.
Position Pays: Realistic OTE £45,000-£55,000+, with top performers exceeding this.

As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the brand - delivering a seamless, personalised experience that reflects the craftsmanship and innovation behind every vehicle.
Your duties will include:
1. Delivering a premium, personalised sales experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand.
2. Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, guiding them through the full sales journey
3. Presenting vehicles confidently, conducting test drives, and showcasing product features and technology
4. Managing enquiries efficiently through digital, telephone and showroom channels
5. Achieving sales targets across new and approved-used vehicles, finance, insurance and value-added products
6. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with FCA and brand standards.
