Salary : £47,389 - £56,535 plus a market supplement of £5,576 (until July 2027)
Contract : Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)
Role Overview
This position focuses on leading the development and delivery of high-quality solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The Senior Developer will take responsibility for designing, implementing and improving platform capabilities, supporting marketing automation, personalisation and data-driven engagement activities across the institution.
The role also contributes to development standards, technical leadership and continuous improvement across the wider Digital Services team.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build and maintain scalable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Develop and enhance platform features using technologies such as AmpScript, SQL, JavaScript, HTML and API integrations.
* Lead coding standards, testing approaches and quality assurance practices to ensure robust and maintainable solutions.
* Collaborate with colleagues across technology, data, and marketing to translate user and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
