Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Reward Manager to support the Senior Reward Manager and senior HR and business stakeholders with operational and strategic reward and wellbeing activities. The role focuses on implementing efficient processes, driving change, and enhancing data analytics. While supporting the global reward offering, the role will primarily focus on EU/APAC regions. The successful candidate will help develop and execute reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate high-performing employees.

Team Structure
The team includes a Senior Reward Manager, Reward Manager (this role), two Reward Advisors, and a Reward Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implement structured processes to improve team efficiency and support compensation, benefits, and wellbeing strategies.
2. Drive operational and strategic reward and wellbeing initiatives collaboratively with stakeholders.
3. Ensure benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with strategic goals.
4. Oversee UK flexible benefits enrollment and renewal of non-UK reward plans, including new benefits and wellbeing support.
5. Manage annual compensation review and budgeting processes.
6. Advance systemisation, automation, and standardisation of reward processes.
7. Enhance data analytics capabilities for strategic decision-making.
8. Lead reward and wellbeing projects, including research, analysis, and recommendations.
9. Manage and develop Reward Advisors and oversee daily reward and benefit plan delivery.
10. Develop and deliver communication campaigns to ensure employee understanding of reward policies.
11. Share knowledge and coach HR team and business on reward concepts.
Skills and Attributes
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in reward operational delivery within a matrix organization, preferably in professional services. Key qualities include:
* Proactivity and motivation for continuous improvement
* Advanced data analysis skills, including Excel
* Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and relevant legislation (e.g., pensions)
* Numeracy, attention to detail, and strong project management skills
* Networking ability and market awareness
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities
* Experience managing change and delivering high-quality service
* Cultural sensitivity and confidentiality
* Degree-level qualification (desirable)
* CIPD qualification (desirable)
Additional Details
* Working hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, flexible
* Hybrid working: minimum 2 days in the office per week
* Probation: 12 weeks
* Notice period: 12 weeks
