What You’ll Be Doing Qualifying and converting inbound leads into long-term clients Having engaging, consultative conversations with business owners to understand their finance needs Making proactive outbound calls to offer tailored finance solutions Representing the company at face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and networking events Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline Working to realistic KPIs with full support and guidance Offering regular service reviews to clients and cross-selling where possible Becoming a trusted advisor by understanding your customers and their business challenges What We’re Looking For 2-3 years’ experience in a sales role (finance background a bonus but not essential) Confident and clear verbal and written communication skills A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude Skilled at spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools Someone who enjoys building relationships and takes a consultative approach What’s in It for You?
