HR Administrator
Location: Notting Hill, London
We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team at Lee Marley Group in Notting Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who is looking to develop their skills and progress into a more senior HR role over time.
About the role
You will provide generalist HR support across the business, helping to ensure HR processes run smoothly, employee records are accurate, and managers and employees receive a high-quality HR service.
Key responsibilities
* Maintain HR systems: Cascade HR and Kallidus - Perform
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts and documentation
* Act as a first point of contact for HR queries
* Assist with employee benefits administration, including pensions and holidays
* Prepare HR reports and support audits and compliance activity
* Support disciplinary and grievance processes and maintain confidential records
* Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
About you
1. Previous experience in an HR administration role
2. Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
