Site Manager – High End Residential 📍 Preston 💼 Permanent / Contract Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-end residential development in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards expected for premium residential builds. Key Responsibilities Manage all site-based construction activities on high-end residential projects. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme. Maintain strict health & safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct daily site briefings, toolbox talks, and progress meetings. Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager / Contracts Manager. Manage quality control and finishing standards, ensuring luxury residential specifications are met. Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and materials management. Resolve on-site issues efficiently to minimise delays. Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
