Fella & Jones are partnered with a globally globally luxury fashion brand to appoint an Interim Senior Reward Manager for a 12-month contract during a key transition period.
This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, leading global reward, benefits, HR analytics and cost-controlling activity across a complex, international organisation.
The opportunity
* Own and lead global compensation and benefits strategy
* Deliver annual reward cycles, executive pay and LTI programmes
* Drive HR budgeting, forecasting and analytics at scale
* Act as the reward SME for Workday and HR systems
* Influence senior leaders in a fast-paced, creative luxury environment
What we’re looking for
* Senior reward expertise within fashion, consumer or similar industry.
* Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills
* Proven experience with Workday; Varicent a plus
* Confident operating at pace during periods of change
