We specialise in ventilation, condensation and mould solutions for residential properties and work closely with homeowners, builders, contractors and property professionals.
This is a field-based role focused on generating leads, building relationships and creating new business opportunities across the construction and housing sectors.
The Role
You will:
• Visit builders, contractors and tradespeople across Northern Ireland
• Build relationships with local construction and trade contacts
• Generate leads and identify new opportunities
• Follow up enquiries and quotations
• Arrange appointments and site visits
• Promote our ventilation and condensation solutions
• Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities
• Represent the company professionally within the local market
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience within construction, building services, plumbing, electrical, merchanting, ventilation or related sectors
• Has previous sales or customer-facing experience
• Is confident speaking to builders, tradespeople and homeowners
• Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Is organised and proactive with follow ups
• Enjoys being out on the road building relationships
• Holds a full driving licence
