HR Officer Location: Wimborne Salary: £35,000 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time - Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (with one hour for lunch) (Some flexibility may be available for the preferred candidate. Please note this position is not term-time only) The school is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join their HR Team in providing a professional and effective human resources service across the School. The Role Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Officer will work closely with managers and employees to offer day-to-day HR guidance and support across the full range of HR activities. Key responsibilities include: Supporting recruitment and onboarding Managing employee relations cases Coordinating appraisals and staff development Supporting wellbeing initiatives Ensuring HR systems and records are accurate and compliant A strong working knowledge of employment law is required to ensure compliance in all HR activity.
