Site Manager – Building Restoration\n\nLocation: Central London\nRate: £240 – £275 per day (PAYE – open to PAYE only)\nContract Type: Ongoing / Long-term opportunities available\n\nWe are working with a well-established building restoration contractor specialising in Grade I and Grade II listed buildings across Central London. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee heavy-duty façade and stone restoration projects.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of complex heritage restoration projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest conservation standards.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Managing site activities on listed building restoration projects\n\n * \n\n Overseeing façade, stone, masonry, and structural repair works\n\n * \n\n Coordinating specialist subcontractors and direct labour\n\n * \n\n Ensuring works comply with conservation requirements, method statements, and specifications\n\n * \n\n Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and workmanship\n\n * \n\n Liaising with project managers, surveyors, conservation officers, and clients\n\n * \n\n Managing site records, progress reporting, and logistics in constrained Central London locations\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Proven ex...
