We are working on a Head of People Strategy role for a top, award-winning London Law Firm. The firm is looking to recruit this new role to be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading a comprehensive and forward-thinking People Strategy that aligns with, and drives the firm’s overall business objectives. This role will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and development to compensation, benefits, and engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven leader with a passion for building an exceptional and transparent employee experience. This role will operate alongside the existing HR function which deals with the day-to-day operational requirements, supporting the firm and will either report to the COO or Head of HR.

Full time, hybrid-working role based near Chancery Lane in London, paying to £85k.
