What will I be doing?

Hilton’s Commercial Services organisation comprises over 4,000 team members driving sales, marketing, revenue management, client support, customer experience, technology and analytics functions – the core of Hilton’s “commercial engine” and key to profitable growth.

The Vice President (VP) Revenue Management & Commercial Services, EMEA leads the execution of Hilton’s revenue management strategies in the region, supporting all brands in the Franchised and Managed estate across all EMEA countries and reporting to the SVP & Commercial Director EMEA.


Strategic Leadership

* Responsible for monthly, quarterly & annual revenue forecasting and hotel set‑up to maximise performance.
* Lead development and execution of revenue management strategies to achieve revenue & market‑share objectives.
* Lead the EMEA RMCC & Commercial Services team of over 200 members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
* Support commercial strategy to expand into new markets, brands & other lines of business.
* Communicate strategy, performance, KPIs, risks & opportunities to senior leaders.
* Secure stakeholder buy‑in for strategies & initiatives.
* Assign, phase & execute critical projects ensuring resources & objectives are achieved.


Business Acumen

* Understand key drivers of revenue & market‑share performance across the region.
* Maintain forward‑looking perspective, building on processes to identify & communicate future commercial risks & opportunities.
* Establish effective monitoring processes for performance, deficiencies & opportunities.
* Translate organizational goals into performance standards for the EMEA RMCC & Commercial services team.
* Utilize data analytics to validate forecasted RevPAR accuracy, identify market trends & adjust strategies.
* Research & understand best practices to develop & implement capability‑improving projects across the global function.


Executing for Results

* Ensure all initiatives are thoroughly planned & effectively managed through to completion.
* Drive accountability within teams & partner across departments to execute strategic actions & support initiatives/projects.
* Utilize strong analytical skills to set priorities & directions for proactive & reactive situations.
* Establish the company as a market leader through thought leadership & active participation in industry forums.
* Collaborate closely with all commercial teams & respective functional leaders.


Partnership and Collaboration

* Establish strong, collaborative relationships with major Owners, Key Partners & Senior Leaders across Hilton.
* Work closely with other Revenue Management discipline leaders, the EMEA Commercial Leadership Team to deliver strategy & tactics ensuring annual performance goals are achieved.
* Support Commercial functions by identifying key capability gaps & collaborating with business owners on strategic plans.
* Participate in property visits, corporate & ownership meetings, budget & forecast reviews.
* Provide direct & cross‑functional leadership to drive results through customized solutions.
* Effectively work within a matrix structure & lead cross‑functional teams.
* Maintain an effective process for monitoring expenses & resource allocation across assigned team.
* Manage the EMEA RM & Commercial Services budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve financial goals.

* Maintain understanding of team engagement, talent development & organizational health.
* Recruit, mentor & develop a high‑calibre team.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning & professional development.

Required Qualifications

* Revenue Management leadership experience with a proven track record in hospitality at an area level.
* University degree or equivalent experience.
* Significant experience in revenue‑generating roles, including leadership experience.
* Experience in multi‑cultural or international settings.
* Fluency in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Proven success operating multi‑region commercial business.
* Capable of high‑level decision making.
* Ability to travel up to 30% of time.


Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced Degree – Preferred.
* Proven success working in a matrix organization.
* Strong background & knowledge of the EMEA hospitality industry.
* International experience – Advantageous.
