Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of four dedicated individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing high-end customer orders, ensuring databases are up to date, and delivering unparalleled service to the companies clients. This role involves frequent communication with clients via both phone and email, as well as close collaboration with our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of four + customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation
* Process high-end customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Collaborate closely with the Sales team to maximise customer satisfaction and retention
* Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Report directly to the Operations Manager on team performance, customer feedback, and any issues or concerns
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a customer service management role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
