In this pivotal role, youll oversee both KC Consumer and KC Professional operations, drive contractual performance and compliance, and champion a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday. What youll do on a typical day: Lead the site operation, ensuring contractual, financial and customer performance requirements are met across Consumer and Professional divisions Champion a proactive Health & Safety culture, driving compliance, continuous improvement and Road to Zero standards Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer, attending and chairing key meetings as the primary site contact Lead, coach and develop your management teams, promoting engagement, succession planning and high-performance behaviours Oversee operational governance, KPIs, service delivery, cost control, environmental and quality compliance, while supporting strategic growth initiatives What you need to succeed at GXO: Senior management experience within logistics, supply chain or a similar operational environment Strong leadership, change-management and stakeholder-engagement skills Excellent communication and influencing capability, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Solid understanding of compliance, legislation, audit requirements and operational governance Experience delivering continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, CI) and driving operational excellence Technology savvy familiar with WMS, SAP, MS Office and automated environments We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
