Job Description

At Chorley Group we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and quality vehicles to our valued clients across Lancashire. Our commitment to excellence has made us a trusted name in the automotive industry, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Client Experience Specialist to join our team. This is a multi‑franchise dealership with Hyundai newly on offer in Ormskirk, representing a fantastic opportunity to sell their high‑spec vehicles.

We recognise that our clients have researched the cars online, and our specialists are there to support and enhance the decision‑making process, moving away from the traditional Sales Executive persona whilst still creating opportunities that develop your earning capabilities.

Basic pay is £22,000 a year with a commission structure and realistic OTE of £40,000 (uncapped). This is a 5 day per week role, Monday to Saturday, with 2 days off per week on a rota basis.


Responsibilities

* Follow the company sales process 100% of the time, from enquiry through to delivery and beyond.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Keep company paperwork 100% up to date and accurate.
* Maintain excellent customer and colleague relations.
* Manage and develop customer follow‑up and prospecting systems.
* Comply fully with FCA approval and procedures.
* Keep up to date with franchise partner training.
* Demonstrate the Chorley Group family ethos of “Big Enough to Cope, Small Enough to Care.”


Qualifications

We need an excellent communicator, a professional approach to customer service, high standards of presentation, detail‑oriented, holder of a full UK driving licence, and able to use a computer and/or iPad.

Experience: Sales – 1 year (required).
