We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation, working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver high-quality, timely, and customer-focused HR support that is vital to the success of our business. Key Responsibilities: Deliver day-to-day HR administrative support and contribute to broader HR initiatives. Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and documentation. Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data with the utmost confidentiality. Provide timely and professional advice on HR policies and procedures. Assist in employee relations casework, performance appraisals and training coordination. Collaborate with managers and the wider HR team to ensure best practice and compliance across HR operations. Contribute to continual improvement in HR processes and employee experience.
