Job Role:
Overseeing attendance, behaviour, pastoral care, and inclusion across the school.
Supporting staff to maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement.
Leading and developing pastoral systems to promote student wellbeing and success.
Monitoring attendance and implementing effective strategies for improvement.
Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to uphold school values and vision.
