In this role, you will act as a named nurse for a defined caseload, providing assessment, care planning, treatment reviews and evidence‑based interventions for individuals with diverse and complex needs. You will contribute to therapeutic group programmes, support continuity of care across the criminal justice pathway, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include safe medication administration, drug screening, accurate clinical reporting, and ensuring patient safety in line with Trust policies and NMC standards. You will play an active role in service development, clinical governance, and maintaining your own professional competence.
