About the Role As Head of HR, you’ll lead our People strategy across the business, shaping culture, driving organisational effectiveness, and ensuring that our values are at the centre of everything we do. You’ll oversee all aspects of the People function, from talent acquisition and development through to engagement, ER, compliance, and reward. You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver a people agenda that supports business growth, enhances employee experience, and strengthens Turtle Bay as a great place to work. You’ll also develop and mentor a talented HR, Talent Acquisition and Training and Development team, empowering them to deliver excellence across their specialisms while working as one connected function. From culture to compliance, and strategy to support, you’ll lead and influence every area of the employee lifecycle. You’ll empower our leaders to lead brilliantly, drive consistency across the business, and keep fairness, integrity, and connection at the heart of all decision-making.
