Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent guest and member experience.
* Manage food provisions, assist with guest queries, and control costs.
* Lead and work with the kitchen brigade across all areas of the kitchen.
* Support the Head Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Experienced chef with strong leadership skills, passion for food, and a desire to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade.
* Ability to lead a team to produce high quality dishes that are impeccably prepared and served.
