About The Role
About the Role
The HR Manager will lead the day-to-day HR function, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a culture of continuous development. This is a hands-on role requiring strong operational expertise, leadership, and a solutions-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with NI employment legislation.
· Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll and Finance team, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
· Support the development and implementation of the resort’s Health & Safety strategy in line with current legislation.
· Lead the design and delivery of training and development initiatives for both team members and managers.
· Manage internal training programmes including Graduate, Placement, and Higher-Level Apprenticeship (HLA) schemes.
· Provide accurate workforce planning, HR forecasting, and reporting to inform business decisions.
· Coach and support line managers on performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary matters.
· Lead on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and wellbeing initiatives across the resort.
· Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., education providers, training bodies, regulatory authorities) to meet business and compliance needs.
· Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
The Ideal Candidate
· • CIPD-qualified (Level 5 minimum) or equivalent HR generalist experience.
· Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice in Northern Ireland.
· Experience in hospitality, tourism, or a fast-paced service industry preferred.
· Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to lead, influence and work collaboratively across all levels.
· Confident managing multiple priorities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
