Lead Site Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Facilities/Estates Manager to lead in delivery and management of our site teams across two of our Primary Schools.
We require an Estates Professional with good compliance and project management experience in a 'fast paced' environment to provide a forward thinking, responsive and professional service ensuring the Keys Academies Trust always remains compliant with building management legislative maintenance tasks, health and safety and has proactive approach to supporting senior management team in implementation and delivery of capital projects.
This is a key post in supporting the Central Management Team – reporting directly to the Trusts Estates and Compliance Manager. Working in close collaboration and with full support from the trust central Estates Manager, you will provide a dedicated site management service that supports the trusts ethos of providing a safe, secure and compliant teaching and learning environment for our staff and students alike.
You don’t have to have worked in an education environment before but a passion for helping improve the education of our students through providing high quality Estates Management is desirable.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking at taking the next steps in their facilities management career and looking at multi-site management.
Salary will be paid at NJC SCP Grade 9, Point 24-28, £34,314 to £37,938 per annum (Pay award pending).
* The appointment is for 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday – Thursday, Friday 8.00am – 3.30
25 Days holiday per annum, rising to 30 days after 5 years’ service.
