Due to continued growth and increased demand, we're looking for an
HR Administrator
to join our team on a
6-month fixed-term contract

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to support the HR function across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support across all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes and off boarding
• Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and documentation
• Support Payroll processes including payroll administration and liaison with payroll department
• Assist with benefits administration and employee queries
• Ensure HR systems are maintained, and data integrity is upheld
• Contribute to a positive employee experience aligned with our company values
What we'll need from you:
• Proven experience in an HR Administration role.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable)
• Experience with payroll or payroll administration processes.
• Experience using HR systems such as Cascade or HiBob (desirable).
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across the business.
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
