Come and join our fantastic Match Day team at the Swansea.com Stadium for our 2024-2025 & 2025-20226 season!
Do you have catering experience in a fast-paced environment, and want a rewarding role working with one of the largest catering company's in the UK? Constellation are looking for Cooks to join the team at the Swansea.com stadium in our busy food kiosks/outlets on match days.
Working Hours
In this flexible and active role, you can pick and choose your shifts as you please. You can even choose WHERE to work, with the opportunity open for you to work at any one of our 5,000+ venues across the UK. Including Cardiff City FC and the Principality Stadium!
Daily tasks may include:
- Producing, and serving, consistently high quality meals and snacks - this includes chips, pies, burgers and hotdogs with your team
- Cleaning down workstations and tables
- Restocking cupboards and fridges
- Conducting quality checks on your products
-Temperature control and recording
-Maintaining hygiene standards
Requirements
-Previous kitchen experience preferred - i.e. working in a fast-food environment or kitchen.
-NVQ level 2 - preferred but not essential
-The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
-Enthusiastic & energetic
-Excellent teamwork skills
-Good initiative when working
As an active role, you must be comfortable with walking and standing during the majority of your shift.
We do offer a Food Safety Level 2 certificate, Allergen Training and on site specific training, so if you are looking for regular hours on matchdays and are interested in a new, exciting opportunity, please apply.
