Escape Recruitment is working with a growing business in fife to recruit a Production & Quality Manager. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on quality ownership, suited to someone who enjoys maintaining standards, improving processes, and being closely involved in day-to-day production activity. You will be responsible for ensuring quality is embedded into everything the operation does, while also coordinating daily production workflow and priorities.
