Permanent HR Manager Opportunity Location: Co. Fermanagh Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent This key leadership position is perfect for someone experienced and people-focused, dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture and driving HR excellence across the business. Day-to-day of the role: HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and company policies. Handle employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary processes. Payroll & HR Systems: Collaborate with Payroll and Finance teams to manage payroll processes and maintain HR software systems. Monitor key HR metrics like sickness absence, holidays, and workforce planning. Training, Development & Talent Management: Design and deliver training programmes, manage development programmes for graduates and apprentices, and coordinate performance reviews and succession planning. Employee Wellbeing, Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing. Organise engagement activities and promote a respectful and supportive working environment. Strategic HR & Business Partnership: Provide workforce planning and HR metrics to support decision-making. Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and senior leadership. Develop and review HR policies to align with business goals.
