Primitas Learning Partnership formed in September 2021 as a truly collaborative educational venture, with a clear vision of: 'Empowering and enabling schools to work together to provide the kind of education that every child needs and deserves'. Primitas Learning Partnership is now a Trust of 8 schools across the Lichfield and Burntwood district of Staffordshire. There are 2 High schools, 5 Primary schools with 4 Nurseries and 1 Special School in the Trust, all of which are OFSTED 'Good' Schools.
At Primitas Learning Partnership, we are acutely aware that children only have one chance at a high quality, school-based education and so they need and deserve the best. Therefore, we are passionate about making this happen by doing the rights things in the right way… by being a truly collaborative educational venture, where everyone is of prime importance and where all can show leadership, with integrity and kindness, to help others improve.
The successful candidate will be based at Primitas Head Office, but will travel between the partner Academies as required which are currently Burntwood, Lichfield and Hill Ridware but may expand as the Trust grows. However, in line with our Vision and Values, expansion would remain fairly localised.
