Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and telemarketing, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English, as well as proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the B2B sector.
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Utilise HubSpot and other CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs effectively.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
