We’re seeking a talented Sales Executive to join a thriving commercial team in Worthing. You don’t need previous insurance experience - what matters most is your sales success, your ability to build relationships, and your passion for helping businesses find the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts and secure new business.
* Attend client meetings, networking events, and community activities to promote the business.
* Provide professional advice and guidance to clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up to date and compliant.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch and personal performance goals.
Essential Skillset
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong relationship-building ability and a consultative approach to selling.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
* Confident with networking and developing business opportunities.
* Willingness to learn and develop within a professional services environment.
