Inside Sales Executive
Location: Sidcup - Onsite
Salary: £35,000 - £18 ph
Type: Full-time, Temporary (potential temp to perm)
Are you a people-focused sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships while also achieving results? This Inside Sales role combines sales, account management and customer service, giving you the chance to really make an impact with both customers and colleagues.
What you'll be doing
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs and delivering excellent service
* Handling enquiries by phone and email including quotes, pricing and product availability
* Generating new opportunities through inbound leads and outbound calls and emails
* Maintaining and developing customer accounts while suggesting new products and solutions
* Processing and tracking orders, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication throughout
* Forecasting revenue and supporting quarterly planning alongside Sales, Production and Logistics teams
* Monitoring competitor activity and spotting opportunities for growth
* Supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous experience in inside sales, account management or sales support
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM systems
* The ability to prioritise, multi-task and stay organised in a busy environment
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a genuine focus on customer experience
