Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant OHRD, NI Company: Occupational Health, Risk & Disability Management (OHRD) Ltd Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45am - 17:00pm (37.5 hours/week) Salary: £25,058.80 (under review) Role Overview: The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to both clinical and administrative staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Accuracy, organisation, and strong communication skills are crucial. Main Responsibilities: Clerical/reception duties: answering phones, responding to emails, photocopying, filing, sorting, and distributing paperwork. Schedule clinics and appointments. Organise and maintain medical records. Type, proofread, and distribute medical reports. Maintain manual and digital filing systems. Provide timely customer support. Assist all staff with general administrative tasks. Essential Skills / Qualifications: Education: 4 GCSEs including English (grades A-C) or at least 2 years recent and consecutive experience in an admin/secretarial role. Proficient typing and document production skills. Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks. Understanding of GDPR. Accurate data entry and record-keeping. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Desirable: Knowledge of medical terminology.
