Learning Mentor – Grade 6 – 25 hours per week, term time only, 39 weeks. We are seeking to appoint a Learning Mentor to join our supportive and friendly school community. The ideal candidate will: Be passionate about inclusion and emotional well-being. Be warm, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with all members of our school family. Be a proactive problem solver, eager to implement new ideas and strategies. Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and its importance in a school setting. Be capable of monitoring attendance and implementing targeted interventions to support improvement. Embrace and advocate a Trauma-Informed approach to support children’s emotional and social development. Play a key role in promoting well-being for all members of our school community.
