As Sales Executive you will be joining a global brand leader. With a bespoke training programme, you will be learning all about the product, delivering exceptional customer service and excelling in sales along with running a profitable retail centre. This role is all about developing business opportunities, managing and building relationships. Based in GaNottingham this role is full time and permanent, Mon to Fri offering a starting salary of circa £27,000 and an OTE of £32,000.
Key Accountabilities for the Sales Executive:
1. Drive your self development by engaging with the training programme
2. Undertake retail and customer service activities within the companies shop to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction
3. Identifying and researching new business leads
4. Grow customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling
5. Visiting customers weekly
6. Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
7. Assisting customers with sales, queries and after sales service
8. Conduct stock takes as requested
9. Re-stocking/replenishing items
10. Understand the range of company products
11. Administration of sales orders received
