Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive environment on the gym floor
* Support members with fitness advice, equipment guidance, and motivation
* Lead or cover group exercise sessions and classes
* Conduct inductions, basic assessments, and health checks
* Ensure all equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained
* Comply with health and safety procedures and escalate any issues as needed
What Youll Need:
* A minimum of Level 2 Gym Instructor certification (Level 3 PT is a plus!)
* Current First Aid qualification (or willingness to get certified)
* Professional, friendly, and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills and genuine passion for fitness
