We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team based in Scotland and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As an In House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
4. Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
6. Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records

Requirements
14. Proven work experience as an Recruiter or similar role
15. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques
16. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
17. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
18. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
19. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR database
20. Professional certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
21. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
22. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
23. Experience of hiring field and office-based employees
24. Industry experience is preferred but not essential
