Job Title: Site Manager (Social Housing & FRA)
Location: Portsmouth | Rate: £20-30 per hour | Contract: Temp
The Role
We are seeking a compliance-driven Site Manager to oversee FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) and refurbishment works within the occupied social housing sector. You will manage sub-contractors, ensure strict site safety, and deliver high-quality handovers while minimizing disruption to residents.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Proven experience managing FRA or planned refurbishment works within Social Housing.
* Strong subcontractor management and resident communication skills.
Essential Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
* CSCS Black Managers Card
* SMSTS Certificate
* First Aid Certificate
* Asbestos Awareness Certificate
