Payroll & HR Administrator
Contract – Temporary to permanent
Working hours – Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Pay - £27,000 per annum, Weekly pay
Location – Office based, Northampton, NN5.
HR Related Tasks & Support
1. IRIS (Cascade) admin (new starters/leavers/add documents)
2. Understanding of Right to Work requirements
3. Maintain Right to Work records
4. Maintain DBS records
5. Manage absence
6. First line queries in HR inbox
7. Note taking experience would be beneficial
8. Administration of long service awards and teammate of the month awards and vouchers for this
Payroll Related Tasks & Support
9. Run weekly hours reports
10. Check weekly hours
11. Prepare hours for the Payroll Bureau (LivePay)
12. Run absence report for managers and external HR
13. Conduct audit between two systems regarding absence/holiday records
14. Add new starters
15. Update amendments on the system related to employee’s wages
Other Requirements
16. The ideal candidate must have a really good attention to detail
17. Previous experience of Iris Cascade would be a substantial advantage
18. The ability to pick things up quickly and accurately is a prerequisite
19. Any other reasonable Adhoc tasks related to Payroll & HR as and when they arise
