Labourer – 2 Positions Available
Location: Farrington Gurney, Somerset, BS39 6TJ

Employment Type: FT hours for an initial 12 months.
Start Date: Immediate.
Pay: £13.00 per hour (Self-employed).
Working Hours
* Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
* Friday: 7:00am – 2:00pm
* Total: 47–50 hours per week (rest breaks are paid for)
* Overtime (Weekends- if you want it) paid an enhanced rate.

Jefferis Engineering Ltd is a specialist engineering and fabrication company providing mechanical pipework, welding, off-site fabrication, and installation services across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit two reliable and motivated labourers to join our team at our Farrington Gurney facility.
Role Overview
As a Labourer, you will support workshop and site operations, assisting skilled engineers and fabricators with daily tasks. This is a hands-on role suited to someone physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn within an engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting engineers and fabricators in the workshop and on site
* General labouring and housekeeping duties
* Loading and unloading materials
* Preparing materials and equipment
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
* Supporting fabrication and installation activities as required
